Are the exchange rates real-time?

When initiating a cryptocurrency payment, we guarantee a 25-minute exchange rate. Once the funds arrive, cryptocurrencies will be converted into local currencies immediately at the guaranteed exchange rate. SpeedOTC obtains cryptocurrency exchange rates from multiple authoritative sources such as Kraken and Coinbase. In rare cases, there may be any obstacles to the transaction. If the error is caused by a system problem, funds arriving after 25 minutes will be accepted.

What are the payment order statuses?

Success: Received payment but payment amount is less than order amount
Success: Received payment and payment amount equals order amount
Success: Received payment but payment amount is greater than order amount
Failure: No payment detected
Failure: Payment rejected or serious problem by encrypted network
Processing: Received payment but unable to confirm immediately, pending confirmation for processing

Are there minimum or maximum exchange amount limits?
