Are
the exchange rates real-time?
When initiating a cryptocurrency payment, we
guarantee a 25-minute exchange rate. Once the funds arrive,
cryptocurrencies will be converted into local currencies immediately at the guaranteed exchange
rate. SpeedOTC obtains
cryptocurrency exchange rates from multiple authoritative sources such as Kraken and Coinbase.
In rare cases, there may
be any obstacles to the transaction. If the error is caused by a system problem, funds arriving
after 25 minutes will be
accepted.
What
are the payment order statuses?

there minimum or maximum exchange amount limits?
SpeedOTC does not set any exchange amount limits.
If the exchange amount is very small, you should consider the cost
incurred by the cryptocurrency network.

should I do if my order expires?

- All details on the document must be clear and readable.
